Admissions Inquiry

Evaluation

Admissions for the next academic year typically open in December of the current year. Siblings of enrolled students are given priority, but all applicants must undergo the Assessment Test to evaluate their academic, English Language proficiency, and social and emotional abilities to be admitted to our school.

Admission Procedure

Step 1: Application Form

A filled-up Application Form must be submitted to the administration for registration.

Step 2: Assessment Test

After submitting the accomplished application Form, all applicants are required to take the Assessment Test which will be given by the Academic Coordinator. An assessment fee is required and is non-refundable.

Step 3: Registration Fee

After passing the Assessment Test, applicants will pay Qar. 500.00 for the Registration Fee (Non-Refundable) at the administration office.

Step 4: Enrollment

All registered applicants are ensured to have acquired seats in our school and are eligible to proceed to the enrollment process.

Fee Structure (in QAR)

Admissions Assessment Fee

There is a fee of QAR 150 for the Admissions Assessment, which all students will need to sit as part of the admissions process.

Registration Fee

There will be a non-refundable registration fee of QAR 500. This is a one-off payment once the place has been approved and your child is first enrolled.
